Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited has today affirmed Siam City Cement Public Company Limited's (SCCC) National Long-term rating at 'A(tha)' and National Short-term rating at 'F1(tha)'. The Outlook on the Long-term rating is Stable. At the same time, Fitch has affirmed SCCC's Senior unsecured debentures at 'A(tha)'.

Siam City Cement Public Company Limited, led by Chairman Mr. Veraphan Teepsuwan, held its 17th Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting recently at the Grand Millenium Sukhumvit Hotel. The shareholders approved the full-year dividend payment of 11.00 baht per share. An interim dividend of 6.00 baht per share was paid on August 31, 2009, so the final dividend of 5.00 baht per share will be paid on May 7, 2010.

Siam City Cement Public Company Limited announced to the Stock Exchange of Thailand today that it achieved an operating profit margin in Q4 of 2009 of 17.2 percent, up from 16.1 percent recorded during the same period of 2008.
