Priyantha Ranasinghe was appointed as Chief People Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Siam City Cement Lanka on 1 August 2023 and is responsible for planning, managing and developing the human resource function, policies and systems of Siam City Cement Lanka, and implementing the organization’s talent strategy.

During his illustrious career spanning twenty-seven years, Priyantha has gained extensive exposure, taking up HR roles across various industries, including Food & Beverages, Plantations, Financing & Banking and Apparel. Prior to joining Siam City Cement Lanka, Priyantha was in the role of Director of Human Resources at Coca-Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Ltd. He is a renowned industry leader and has propelled the HR function at Coca-Cola to great heights during his 11-year tenure.

Priyantha holds a National Diploma in Human Resource Management from IPM Sri Lanka, completed a Post Graduate level Advanced Course in HR Management from PIM Sri Jayawardenepura University, and holds an MBA in HR Management from Ashbourn University, UK.
