Top Management participated in SCCC Analyst Meeting and Investor Roadshows
During March 7-10, 2016, Siam City Cement Public Company Limited (SCCC) led by Mr. Siva Mahasandana, Director and CEO, Mr. Chandana Liyanage, Senior Vice President (Finance and Controlling), and Ms. Wadeerat Charoencoop, Head of Group Finance Treasury, Tax and IR joined the Analyst Meeting and Investor Roadshows. The main purpose of these investor events was to present the company overview, market environment, key strategies for sustaining growth, financial results, and rights offering plan of SCCC to the financial analysts. The participating analysts were drawn from securities firms and fund managers of the Company’s key institutional investors, namely, MFC Asset Management, JP Morgan, Krung Sri Asset Management, Phatra Asset Management, AIA Thailand, Aberdeen Asset Management, Krungthai Asset Management.
Our management also met with executives of leading international funds, i.e. APG Asset Management Asia, CLSA, and First State Stewart. The events were very well received by the financial analysts and fund managers with positive feedback. By this regard, SCCC staffs who are the existing shareholders of SCCC can also subscribe for the rights offering shares according to the terms and conditions stipulated in the SET disclosure which was distributed earlier.
