Recently, the Enterprise-based Vocational Education Program (EVE) implemented by INSEE Vietnam won the prestigious award "Human Resources Excellent Award 2023", in the field of "Learning & Development" category. The award was organized by Anphabe, coordinate with Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), British Chamber Of Commerce Vietnam (BritCham), European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham), Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AusCham), Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (CanCham), and Hongkong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV).

Throughout more than 20 years of implementing the Enterprise-bases Vocational Education Program (EVE), INSEE has partnered with Kien Giang College to achieve the goal of assisting in training and development for local human resources and providing job opportunities for students after graduation. The EVE program offers three-year training, combining theory and hands-on experience. Targeting local students at Kien Luong district, above 18 years with high school graduation. Since 2001, there 200 students graduated from this remarkable program, 93% of them has the jobs at INSEE and currently, we retained 123 technicians (equivalent to 75% technician) at Hon Chong Plant. These individuals have significantly contributed to the success of INSEE. Notably, 15% of program graduates have moved up to middle management roles, demonstrating their commitment and competence.

In the award ceremony, Ms. Vo Thi Thanh Truc - Human Resources Director of INSEE Vietnam shared a few words: "As the organizer of Enterprise-based Vocational Education program, INSEE is honored to receive the prestigious Human Resources Excellence Award. This recognition is a true testament to our unwavering commitment to fostering a sustainable and skilled workforce, adhering to the highest INSEE standards. Moreover, it reflects our dedication to empowering residents in the surrounding areas, equipping them with the necessary skills and career opportunities to enhance their living standards. This approach aligns perfectly with our brand philosophy, "Build for Life."
