In addition, I also acknowledge that the Company will consider my request and notify me the result of request within 30 days from the request date. The Company reserves its rights to
consider my request and may refuse my request for the reason of compliance with relevant

- the requester is unable to prove that he/she is the owner of such data;
- the request has been made by requester is unreasonable or repetitive;
- the proceeding upon my request would affect negatively on others; or
- the Company has to process such data under applicable law; or
