INSEE Ecocycle participated in the World Environment Day 2025 event held on June 5, 2025, at Wat Om Noi, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province. The event was organized by Srinanaporn Marketing Public Company Limited (SNNP) to promote environmental awareness and strengthen community engagement around sustainable practices.
At the event, INSEE Ecocycle exhibited its sustainable waste management solutions, highlighting the conversion of non-recyclable waste into Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF)—an alternative energy source made from residual materials. The exhibition aimed to foster awareness and encourage local participation in responsible waste handling, emphasizing how everyday waste can be transformed into a valuable energy resource.
In addition to showcasing its technology and processes, INSEE Ecocycle also collected RDF-eligible waste generated during the event, such as snack wrappers, packaging materials, and single-use plastics. These materials will be processed using co-processing technology in cement kilns, where waste is utilized as an alternative fuel to coal in cement manufacturing. This method supports energy recovery while aligning with the Zero Waste to Landfill principle, ensuring no residual waste is sent to landfills.
This initiative reflects INSEE Ecocycle’s ongoing commitment to advancing sustainable waste management through environmentally responsible solutions and collaborative partnerships. By engaging with communities and industry stakeholders alike, the company continues to drive Thailand toward a cleaner, more circular, and truly sustainable future.
