INSEE Ecocycle reaffirms its commitment to sustainability at the 9th Waste Management & Waste to Energy Asia Summit 2025 – Thailand Focus, held on June 25, 2025 at Hotel Nikko Bangkok. The regional summit served as a critical platform for dialogue among industry leaders, policymakers, and environmental experts addressing Asia’s pressing waste and energy challenges. 

With sustainability at the core of its business strategy, INSEE Ecocycle took center stage on Day 1 with a keynote presentation, represented by CEO Mr. Bruno Fux, who delivered an insightful keynote presentation titled “Closing the Loop for Non-Recyclable Waste: Sustainable Solutions for the Circular Economy.” 

In his presentation, Mr. Fux shared how INSEE Ecocycle leverages co-processing technology to convert non-recyclable industrial waste into alternative fuels, offering a practical and scalable pathway to reduce landfill dependency and lower greenhouse gas emissions. By integrating waste management into the cement manufacturing process, INSEE Ecocycle not only mitigates environmental impact but also supports industries in achieving their sustainability targets. 

Following the keynote, Mr. Fux participated in a high-level panel discussion titled “Addressing Waste to Energy Project Obstacles in Thailand: Opportunities & Challenges for Industry Players.” The panel brought together key voices from government, private sector, and civil society to explore regulatory barriers, investment hurdles, and collaboration models essential to unlocking the full potential of waste-to-energy (WtE) projects in Thailand. The discussions underscored the need for cohesive policy frameworks, improved public-private partnerships, and integrated infrastructure planning to scale WtE technologies effectively and responsibly.
