Bangkok, Thailand, November 2020 – Representatives from INSEE Ecocycle Company Limited will be among the featured speakers at Thailand’s premier oil & gas showcase, a key event for industry professionals. Dr. Vincent Aloysius (Chief Executive Officer) and Mr. Krittin Ongsri (Sales Division Manager – Chemical Services) will discuss mercury decontamination of decommissioned off-shore assets, sharing the experiences and expertise of INSEE with the assembled international guests.

Thailand’s Major Energy & Maritime Exhibition combines Oil & Gas Thailand 2020 (OGET), Thailand Marine & Offshore Expo 2020 (TMOX), and POWEREX Asia 2020 into a single 3-day event. INSEE Ecocycle’s speech, together with its exhibition area, will add particular value to the OGET section of the event, discussing how the offshore mercury decontamination process is performed – and how it can lead to cleaner oceans as well as greater sustainability for future generations.

OGET’s primary purpose is to showcase the latest technology and developments in the oil & gas industry in addition to the petrochemical industry, both up and down the supply chain. This will be the 10^th Edition of OGET, a specialized exhibition covering 6000 sqm of space by quality exhibitors. In addition to providing a forum for buyers and suppliers to interact, the event will also feature a networking lunch for industry experts.

As CEO of INSEE Ecocycle, Dr. Vincent Aloysius has extensive experience with environmental management and resource recovery efforts. Accompanying him is Mr. Krittin Ongsri, Sales Division Manager – Chemical Services, who brings more than 10 years of experience with the oil & gas industry. Together they will share details of the offshore mercury decontamination process, demonstrating that the relevant expertise and competence currently exists in Thailand to provide these specialist services across the region.

Thailand’s Major Energy & Maritime Exhibition will take place from November 25-27, at BITEC Hall 103. Entry to the exhibition is free with pre-registration. INSEE Ecocycle will occupy Booth #162 at the event, and the speech from its representatives will take place on November 26, at 3pm.

It is a leading industrial cleaning service provider for the region, and in 2018 the company pioneered the offshore mercury decontamination process within Thailand. This complex process involves assessing, identifying, segregating, and decontaminating affected industrial parts to be free from hydrocarbon residues and mercury, thereby enabling the safe recycling of the cleaned materials.
