Scaling Circular Solutions: From Pilots to Policy in Asia

This joint workshop, hosted by SINTEF and UNIDO, brings together government, industry, development partners and international experts to accelerate circular economy and low-carbon strategies in Thailand and the region. It builds on outcomes from the OPTOCE project and UNIDO’s decarbonization programs, focusing on solutions for non-recyclable plastic waste, co-processing in cement kilns, and emission reduction. Participants will exchange insights on EPR implementation, regulatory reforms, industry engagement, and scalable waste-to-resource models. The workshop aims to drive policy uptake, enable regional collaboration, and strengthen public–private partnerships to scale pilot initiatives into scalable, sustainable action. 

Remarks: This seminar will be conducted in English with simultaneous translation in Thai. Participation in the workshop is free-of-charge.
