INSEE is officially certified as a member of the Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption (CAC) by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD)
On November 21, 2017, Mr. Siva Mahasandana, Chief Executive Officer of Siam City Cement Public Company Limited received the membership certificate of the Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption or CAC, from Mrs. Tarisa Wattanagase, Councilor of the CAC Council. This Certification resulted from the Company’s continuous efforts in putting in place the relevant policies and internal control systems. This Certification is effective from August 18, 2017 for a period of 3 years.
The Company has continued to develop and improve its internal anti-corruption systems, with an aim to take part in mitigating the corruption through conducting business with integrity in ethical manner and refusing to pay bribes of all forms. This is another milestone which reflects the commitment to continue to conduct business with transparency, integrity and adherence to good corporate governance.
