INSEE joined MOU signing ceremony between TCMA and EXAT to enhance hydraulic cement use in Thailand.

INSEE-TH by Dr. Wonchalerm Chalodhorn, participated in MoU signing between Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) and Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) to enhance collaboration on use of hydraulic cement in EXAT projects. EXAT has specified hydraulic cement into 2 infrastructure projects: Chalongrat expressway extension (Chatuchote-Lamlukka) and 3rd level expressway (North) – Stage 1 N2 section, starting next year.
