APPLICATION
INSEE Quick Cast is an early strength cement specifically designed for precast concrete. As INSEE Quick Cast offers a high early strength in concrete, the formwork can be removed early and the concrete precast elements can be manipulated sooner. INSEE Quick Cast can be used for a large range of applications including pipes and culverts, spun piles, columns and beams, concrete blocks, prestressed concrete, etc.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF INSEE QUICK CAST
The TCVN and ASTM standards use different test methods: values are not comparable. You can obtain recent test certificates of INSEE Quick Cast upon request.
STANDARD SPECIFICATION FOR CEMENT
- Precast element for infrastructure (bridge, beams, pipes, piles,..)
- Portland cement blended PCB40, compliant with TCVN 6260: 2009 or ASTM C1157 type HE. Total of equivalent alkali content (Na2O + 0.658K2O) < 0,6% to avoid alkali aggregate reaction.
- Precast elements for buildings (slabs, beams, columns…): Portland cement blended PCB40, compliant with TCVN6260: 2009 or ASTM C1157 type HE
