A Thank You for Your Loyalty, and a Promise to Grow Together
Ilakkaya by INSEE Cement is an exclusive trade loyalty programme that recognises and rewards our
island-wide dealership network, builds new trade relationships and strengthens existing ones.
Ready… Aim… Retail!
Translating to ‘ Target’ from Sinhala, “Ilakkaya” identifies channel partner needs, personalises growth targets, and recognises and rewards target fulfilment.
All dealers who purchase our two leading retail products INSEE SANSTHA And INSEE MAHAWELI MARINE PLUS from INSEE distributors are eligible for the programme. Points are awarded based on redistribution sales numbers under four dealer categories:
Gold
Gold Plus
Platinum
Platinum Plus
These points are then converted into an equivalent LKR value, And credited to each dealer’s INSEE Ilakkaya bank account held with Commercial Bank of Ceylon – our Loyalty programme banking partner.

Ilakkaya became the first loyalty programme in Sri Lanka to introduce a loyalty debit card. The
hybrid INSEE ILAKKAYA LOYALTY DEBIT CARD, which was launched in partnership with Commercial Bank,
gives holders all the benefits, offers and promotions available to Commercial Bank debit card
holders. It also allows them to redeem their INSEE loyalty points at over 7000 merchant outlets
island-wide.

Dealers are encouraged all year round with special promotions and targeted sales campaigns. The
INSEE Business Partner Awards Night, a gala dinner reception, is also held annually, where the INSEE
Cement Executive Committee personally recognises and rewards top performers.
