INSEE SERVICE

Regardless of if we deliver the bags to a job site or customers pick it up themselves, our logistical standards never waver. Products will be handled and prepared based on what the customer has requested.

We ensure quality and standards in every tons of cement from our plants. Radio Frequency Identification system is in place to ensure that customers will receive right products with right quality at the right time as expected.

RFI Monitoring

A Radio Frequency Identification system is in place to ensure that customers will receive the right products with the right quality at the right time. The system allows for continuous monitoring so everyone is up-to-date on the delivery schedule.

  • People: Refresher training and the Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program are regularly conducted to enhance and maintain safe driving skills for all our drivers

  • OH&S System: We implement ISO 45001: OH&S Management System as global standards, together with our own safety directives program, “Fatality Prevention Elements (FPE)

  • GPS is used in delivery vehicles with this monitored by our Logistics Control Center to ensure customers receive products on time and in the best condition

  • Transportation Management System (TMS) enhances our capabilities in delivery by automating repeatable tasks and reducing errors to satisfy customers

  • INSEE Logistics Mobile Application has the ability to capture customer signatures on a mobile device (Sign-on-Glass) for paperless operation. Customers are notified when a delivery is completed in real-time and can download e-POD afterward
