In response to World Environment Day and World Environment Month, INSEE Vietnam has organized and collaborated with local authorities on a series of environmental activities across the regions where the company operates, contributing to the promotion of green lifestyles and raising community awareness on environmental protection.

On June 20, 2026, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang Province, in coordination with the People’s Committee of Rach Gia Ward, organized the Green Living Festival 2026 featuring a variety of engaging activities. At the event, INSEE sponsored 200 elephant-grass bags—handcrafted products made by the Women’s Union of Phu My. This initiative is part of INSEE Vietnam’s biodiversity conservation activities aimed at supporting and developing local craft villages. In addition, INSEE also donated special items such as mini desk plants and microbial bio-products for households, further spreading awareness of the importance of environmental protection in daily life.

Within the event themed “Separation is the Beginning, Circularity is the Future,” INSEE Vietnam representatives shared insights on INSEE Ecocycle co-processing technology, offering a practical perspective on a safe, comprehensive, and environmentally friendly waste treatment solution. This approach also creates dual value for businesses by reducing environmental impact while optimizing resource utilization.

In addition, in areas surrounding the INSEE Hon Chong cement plant, the “Waste Exchange” program was simultaneously held at two locations (Kien Luong Commune and Hoa Dien Commune, An Giang Province). The event attracted more than 200 local participants and collected hundreds of kilograms of waste, helping reduce improperly disposed hazardous waste in the environment. All collected waste was transported to the INSEE Hon Chong cement plant and partners for proper co-processing treatment. Beyond practical gifts such as rice, cooking oil, and fish sauce, the program also helped raise public awareness on proper waste segregation, collection, and treatment, thereby encouraging more sustainable living habits.

As part of the environmental action month, INSEE Vietnam also joined Dong Nai Green Week 2026, organized by the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai City. At the launch ceremony, INSEE Vietnam was honored to sponsor commemorative T-shirts for participants. These shirts carried environmental messages symbolizing sustainable development, continuous progress, and the commitment to preserving a clean and green environment for future generations. Dong Nai Green Week 2026 attracted strong community participation with various activities promoting green lifestyles, and over the years has become a meaningful platform for community engagement with INSEE as a long-standing partner.
