As a long-term investor in Vietnam, the sustainable development of local communities is a consistent strategic of INSEE to actualize the “Build for Life” philosophy.

The company focuses on developing infrastructure in the rural areas where INSEE is operating, as it is seen as the best investment that brings the most value for the economic development in rural areas. Up to now, INSEE has renovated and built nearly 20 houses for disadvantaged households, 120 km of concrete roads and 14 residential bridges have been built. Currently, INSEE is coordinating with partners (Bluescope Zacs, Nippon paint, Lixil) to build 5 low-income houses for veteran families with difficult circumstances in Kien Luong district, Kien Giang province, to have a more stable life and settle down. Most recently, INSEE Vietnam volunteers contributed to renovating a sidewalk of Kien Luong 2 elementary school, Lo Bom Quarter, Kien Luong Town, Kien Luong District, Kien Giang Province, which was in the downgrading condition for a long-time, to be safer and more beautiful, ensuring the safety of pupils, parents and teachers.

In addition, INSEE also listens to the needs of stakeholders. This is the key to ensuring the practicality of community activities. INSEE works closely with local stakeholders to identify their needs for annual and long-term social responsibility activities, and we ensure the projects are followed-up during and after the implementation.

To achieve profound impact, corporate social responsibility programs need to be implemented consistently over many years. INSEE has implemented many social initiatives that have been sustained for more than 15 years, bringing meaningful change to beneficiary communities. Typically, INSEE's Enterprise Vocational Education (EVE) program has helped develop labor resources and provided local job opportunities in the Hon Chong plant area, creating opportunities for more than 200 trainees. Furthermore, the company also organizes the INSEE Prize, a playground for students majoring in Architecture and Construction. Up to now, INSEE Prize has joined hands its partners to actualize 9 winning projects for more than 5000 beneficiaries nationwide.

Thereby, it can be seen that the Social Responsibility pillar has been developed by INSEE in parallel with the Company's production and business activities. INSEE believes that local development is the springboard for the development of businesses operating in the area. In addition, through efforts in simultaneously implementing programs to improve the quality of life of local communities, INSEE wishes to maintain the trust of customers, investors and stakeholders. about the Company in general and INSEE's products and activities in particular.
