INSEE VIETNAM REACHES A NEW INVESTMENT MILESTONE IN AN GIANG PROVINCE

On May 17, 2026, INSEE Vietnam was honored to receive the Investment Policy Approval Decision for the consolidation of Production Line 1 and Production Lines 2 & 3 at the Hon Chong Cement Plant in Kien Luong Commune, with a total registered investment capital of VND 16.51 trillion. The company was also presented with a Certificate of Merit in recognition of its significant contributions to the province’s socio-economic development at the 2026 An Giang Provincial Planning Announcement and Investment Promotion Conference.

Held under the theme “An Giang – New Space, New Vision, New Success,” the conference marked a strategic milestone following the merger of An Giang and Kien Giang provinces, creating a new growth hub with strong development potential in the Mekong Delta. The event brought together national leaders, former state leaders, provincial authorities, as well as representatives from domestic and international businesses and investors.

During the conference, Mr. Eamon Ginley, Managing Director of INSEE Vietnam, received the Investment Policy Approval Decision on behalf of the company for its production expansion project. Under the approval, Production Line 1 and Production Lines 2 & 3 will be consolidated into a single investment project, with a total investment value of VND 16.51 trillion across all three production lines. In addition, INSEE Vietnam was honored with a Certificate of Merit awarded by the Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People’s Committee in recognition of the company's longstanding contributions to the province’s socio-economic development.
