We Offer:

Good Workability and Stable Strength Solutions - By using INSEE Easy Flow, we help concrete hold slump retention, have higher strength, and reduce CO2 emissions by 17% compared with OPC/PC cement. Our cement is specifically designed for fresh concrete batching plants, which require concrete with good workability, strength, and stability.

High Durability Solutions - By using INSEE Extra Durable, we minimize the risk of concrete heat cracking and provide chloride and sulfate resistance, which helps protect the outer concrete layer and the reinforcement, increasing the life of the building. Its use reduces CO2 emissions by 51% compared with OPC/PC cement. This special cement for concrete works ideally in aggressive environments, requiring high durability, massive concrete, and low CO2 concrete.

High Stability Solutions - By using INSEE Bitu Fill, we help high-quality asphalt concrete maintain a stable quality and high supply capacity by improving compressive strength and water stability in the concrete and minimizing shrinking construction surfaces. We minimize the risk of aggregate alkaline reaction known to destroy the structure of the concrete thanks to the low alkali content of the cement. Ideal for highway construction and airport runways.

Reinforcement and Chemical Compatibility Solutions - By using INSEE Stable Soil, we can improve the strength and stabilization of the soil and save cement costs and overall project costs through high-quality stability, which serves to increase the allowable load on the treated soil and reduce the number or size of required pile types. We also provide increased compatibility with flexible clay soils. This cement stabilizes soils with low bearing capacity through cement deep mixing methods (CDM) and is used in the aggregate of crushed stone to reinforce cement. Ideal for constructing ports, tunnels, bridges, airports, and high-rise buildings in the phase of ground improvement.

This building applies the most advanced German construction techniques and technology combined with the use of environmentally friendly building materials to save energy and create a green living environment for people. Its innovative features have not only made it suitable for the climatic conditions of Vietnam, but its double-façade architecture has also helped save the most effective energy source.

The project received an investment capital of 100 million dollars from DEUTSCHES HAUS Ho Chi Minh Stadt and was constructed by HOA BINH CONSTRUCTION GROUP.

Phu My Bridge - Used INSEE Easy Flow

This prominent landmark in Ho Chi Minh City is one of the longest cable-stayed bridges in Vietnam and one of the most modern icons in the world. Its impressive technical design, particularly its cable-stayed system lit by colorful LED lights, is a striking addition to the skyline of the city and is only found on a handful of bridges around the world. With a length of over 2,000 meters, the bridge spans the Saigon River, connecting District 2 and District 7. The bridge was opened in February 2009 with a total investment of 2,076 billion VND. It is considered one of the country's key infrastructure projects, with investment from Phu My Corporation (PMC)/ Employers Representative - Maunsell AECOM and a joint venture between Baulderstone, Bilfinger, and Freyssinet as contractors.

Trung Luong- My Thuan Expressway - Used INSEE Easy Flow + INSEE Bitu Fill

This major infrastructure project in Vietnam is responsible for connecting Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. It spans a total length of approximately 51 km, including 4.7 km of bridges and overpasses. The Trung Luong - My Thuan Expressway is designed to have four lanes and a maximum speed limit of 100 km/h. The expressway is expected to significantly reduce travel time between Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta, as well as enhance the connectivity and economic development of the region.

The project was completed with the support of Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC), The Trung Luong-My Thuan BOT Joint Stock Company, and Deo Ca Company.


The Phuoc An Port- Used INSEE Extra Durable

This national seaport was constructed in Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province, and plays a vital role in promoting economic development in the Southern region of Vietnam, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The port contains 2 berths capable of accommodating 10,000 - 60,000 DWT vessels, which makes it an important gateway for the import and export of goods in the southern economic zone of Vietnam. It is capable of handling various types of cargo, including containerized cargo, bulk cargo, and general cargo.

This project received an estimated investment of up to 1,500 billion VND and was supported by the TUAN LOC Investment Construction Joint Stock Company.

International Seaport SSA Terminal – Used INSEE Extra Durable + INSEE Easy Flow

SSIT Container Terminal (International Seaport SSA Terminal) is a modern container terminal built in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. As one of the leading large-scale container ports in Vietnam, it is capable of receiving container ships with a tonnage of up to 200,000 DWT. It is also fully equipped with modern equipment, including the largest shore crane in Vietnam to lift project cargo and super-heavy cargo, steel, fertilizer, and agricultural products such as rice, soybeans, and corn. Besides cargo transportation services, the SSIT Container Terminal provides services in cargo storage, cargo protection, and customs clearance services. With the joint venture between domestic and foreign units, SSIT port is increasingly asserting its position in the freight market and contributing to the economic development of Vietnam.

The port received 1.19 trillion VND (approx. 48 million USD) from Saigon Port and was established by the Saigon Port International Joint Venture SSA, consisting of Vietnam National Shipping Lines Corporation, Saigon Port, and SSA Marine of the United States.



Duyen Hai Thermal Power Plants- Used INSEE Easy Flow + INSEE Stable Soil

Duyen Hai 1 and 3 Thermal Power Plants are two thermal power plants belonging to Power Generation Corporation 1, located at Duyen Hai Town, Tra Vinh Province. These factories are invested with high technology in environmental protection and implement strict operating procedures to meet both Vietnamese and international standards. They consist of 4 units, each with a capacity of 622.5 MW; the total capacity of the units is 2,490 MW. Each year, the electricity output of the Duyen Hai thermal power plants is 16 billion kWh, and the state budget is 1,661 billion VND/year. In addition, the factory also provides fly ash and slag to construction material companies in the area, with a revenue of 20 billion VND/year.

This project received a total investment capital of approximately 6.7 billion USD and was supported by Duyen Hai Thermal Power Company, a subsidiary of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN).
