Special Primer for Self-Leveling
It is a special water-based Styrene Butadiene Polymer for Self-Leveling both interior and exterior applications. The INSEE PRIMER is acted as a bonding bridge to existing concrete. It also can be used as a bonding agent for floor leveling mortar, between new concrete and old concrete. Easy to apply by roller or brush.
