INSEE Superblock G4/G6
INSEE SUPERBLOCK Panel G4 & G6 is produced from cement, sand, lime, expansion agent, 4 -6 mm. deformed bars steel reinforcing and cured under high pressure and temperature stream in autoclaves more than 14 hours.
Highly strength and generates millions of calcium silicate hydrate crystalline with reinforced steel effect a panel to be more durability and safety.

How to INSEE SUPERBLOCK
Procedure for bricklaying

- Mix INSEE Mortar Lightweight Block Bricklaying Mortar 23 with recommendation by mortar mixer and use electric drill machine to blend the material to be creamy

- Use brick trowel to apply material onto the INSEE SUPERBLOCK row

- Slip all 4 side of the INSEE SUPERBLOCK row before laying the next one by laying overlapping with each other at least 10 -15 cm.

- Knock by the rubber hammer to keep INSEE SUPERBLOCK aligned and level in order to strong stickiness, to spread mortar to all surface
Procedure for plastering

- Mix to make the button onto the wall before plastering for a couple days with maximum 1.5 cm. thickness

- Mix INSEE Mortar Lightweight Block Plastering Mortar 13 with recommendation by mortar mixer or mix in the bucket

- Moisten the wall surface appropriately before plastering IMM Lightweight Block Plastering Mortar 13
- In case of plastering over 15 cm. or 15 mm. need to make a twice plastering which the first layer should be left for 1 night and then the second layer can be applied

- Use screed trowel and then brush and use a sponge to smoothen the wall surface
